Foremost Farms has a team of technical service, product development and quality assurance experts who work with customers on product formulations and quality control systems.
As the head of Foremost Farms' technical resources, Brian oversees our quality assurance area, pilot plant and applications lab. He also supports the staff members in their roles.
Ann is responsible for whey processing products, and is the research and development lead for pharmaceutical lactose. She also provides technical support for Foremost Farms ingredient plants.
Jenny works with our customers to develop new dairy ingredient formulations and recipes. She uses our applications lab to test different recipes and run small batch product trials.
Jeff is responsible for assuring the superior quality of our award-winning Wisconsin cheeses, providing technical support to our cheesemakers and cheese plants.
Dave works with Foremost Farms plants to make sure our quality systems are top-notch. He handles annual internal audits of every plant and works with external auditors to ensure that our quality programs meet and exceed the standards our customers demand.
Polly provides process support to the Foremost Farms ingredient plants and customers to make sure whey ingredient quality meets and exceeds our customers’ standards.
Matt researches new cheese products and improves existing cheeses. He is also responsible for improving and troubleshooting existing cheese make processes and developing new ones.
