The dairy farm members of Foremost Farms focus on animal care and nutrition so they can produce and supply their cooperative with high-quality milk that has superior butterfat and protein content. This high-quality milk is essential for safe, nutritious and flavorful products that meet the expectations of our customers and the consumers they serve.

Foremost Farms uses the milk to manufacture cheese, butter and dairy ingredients and as fluid milk products, including condensed skim, cream, nonfat dry milk, reverse osmosis (RO) skim milk and RO whole milk and innovative blends developed in partnership with our customers.
