Congratulations to the Foremost Farms First Quarter 2024 Circle of Excellence Winners!
Foremost Farms is pleased to announce our quarterly Circle of Excellence Winners. These employees have been selected from a pool of many nominees who were nominated by their coworkers and leaders to recognize their great work and demonstrating Foremost Farms’ Four Core Values: One Team, Force for Good, Work with Integrity, Take Care of Our World. Learn more about them!*
ONE TEAM
Katherine J. Hedke, Holly L. Schmitt – Clayton Team
Nominated by: Laura E. Molling
Holly and Kate captured data that is critical in the work that is being done to serve our customers better. It was not their responsibility, but they took the initiative and time to do the work on behalf of the project team. They have gone above and beyond to provide extra support; they work together for the best results and want to find solutions; and the effort they put into projects is above and beyond.
FORCE FOR GOOD
Richard J. Michalewicz – Headquarters, Engineer, Automation Controls
Nominated by: Robert W. Mitcham
Rich has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the dairy industry and has helped the local Reedsburg maintenance team grow by sharing his knowledge and assisting in aspects beyond his immediate responsibilities. Rich considers the long-term impacts and how they pertain to the business future when working on projects.
WORK WITH INTEGRITY
Austin T. Moore – Headquarters, Accountant, General
Nominated by: Janine L. Rasmussen
Austin Moore goes above and beyond accepting ownership and accountability to insure nothing falls through the cracks and is left undone. With an already busy schedule and full calendar, Austin makes himself available to take ownership and responsibility when others are quick to ‘pick and choose’. Recently, Austin stepped forward to accept responsibility for maintaining compliance with several government mandated requirements and regulations. Austin exemplifies working with integrity and doing what it takes to insure our success!
TAKE CARE OF OUR WORLD
Jeremy D. Burkett – Greenville, Lead Process Operator
Nominated by: Natalie A. Rice
Jeremy is the definition of Force for Good and has stated he loves working at Foremost Farms because we give back to local causes that are near and dear to his heart. He is a role model for the entire plant and his charitable spirit is contagious. Every drive our plant holds is successful because of him. He asks for nothing in return and gives more than anyone could ever imagine. He truly leads our causes and puts words into action. His eagerness to give back to our community inspires us all to give a little more when helping the community.
