Foremost Farms showcased our world-class dairy products to an international audience at the World Championship Cheese Contest and the Los Angeles International Dairy Competition earlier this year.
The World Championship Cheese Contest is the most prestigious contest of the year, welcoming judges from around the world; and Foremost Farms did not go unnoticed. A big highlight to note is our Marshfield cheddar won best in class, placing first in the Medium Cheddar category. Also, debuting for the first time, our Richland Center asadero cheese placed fourth in the Latin American melting cheese category and our low moisture part skim mozzarella took third.
Foremost Farms also delivered a strong performance at the Los Angeles International Dairy Competition, with cheese and dairy ingredients securing high placements across multiple categories.
Our award-winning cheese and dairy ingredients start right at the source from the fresh milk coming from cooperative farms to the collaborative minds and hands at our processing plants and Headquarter facility.
